Therapy for couples and individuals

Therapy in Easton, PA

Welcome to A Better Life Therapy’s Easton Office!

You’ve taken a meaningful step by being here. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply ready for things to feel better, we’re so glad you found us.

At our Easton office in the heart of the Lehigh Valley (conveniently serving Allentown, Bethlehem, Easton, and surrounding communities), we’ve created a space that truly feels like home.

Our offices are warm and comfortable, more like a living room than a clinical setting. You can kick off your shoes, breathe easily, and talk openly about what’s really going on in your life. From the very first call or message, our team responds with kindness and care because we know how hard it can be to reach out.

We believe therapy is strongest when it’s collaborative. As a local group practice, our therapists work together, consult with one another, and share expertise so you receive well-rounded, thoughtful support. Whether you need help with anxiety, depression, relationships, trauma, parenting, life transitions, or something else entirely, we can often coordinate care under one roof.

Our team is deeply committed to growing and learning. We meet weekly for case consultation, pursue ongoing training, and stay current with the latest evidence-based approaches, all so you get the highest quality care possible.

We also work hard to make therapy accessible. You can schedule online, by phone, or email, and we’ll get back to you quickly. We offer both in-person sessions in Easton and virtual therapy, with a wide range of fee options so more people can get the support they need.

Our goal is simple: to be a warm, welcoming home base for your healing - a place you can return to across different seasons of life, knowing you’ll be met with compassion, expertise, and respect.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I make an appointment? It’s easy! You can call our office at 267-838-0066, email Joe at joe@abetterlifetherapy.com, or schedule yourself directly through our online scheduling system. We try to respond to all inquiries the same or next business day.

Do I need a referral from a doctor? No. You do not need a referral. If you feel ready to start therapy, simply choose the therapist who seems like the best fit for you, book an appointment, and we’ll get started together in your first session.

Can I do a free consultation call? Yes! Many of our therapists offer a free 15-minute consultation call when they have openings. This is a great, low-pressure way to ask questions and see if it feels like a good match. You can request one by phone, email, or through our online scheduler.

Do you accept insurance? We are an out-of-network practice. This means we do not bill insurance directly. Payment is collected at the time of service by credit card, debit card, or cash. We accept FSA and HSA cards. After each session we can provide a “superbill” that you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. We can also connect you with Mentaya, a service that will submit the superbills to your insurer on your behalf to make the process easier.

Can I use my FSA or HSA funds for therapy? Yes. You can pay with your FSA or HSA card at the time of service in most cases. If you don’t have a card, you can pay upfront and then submit for reimbursement through your plan. Final reimbursement decisions are made by your insurance provider.

What should I expect in the first session? Your first session is a chance for you and your therapist to get to know each other. You’ll talk about what brought you in, your goals, and any questions you have. Your therapist is here to help you feel comfortable and understand next steps.
