“Therapy is an opportunity to heal and to find peace, and I’m so fortunate to be able to help in your life journey.”

My goal is to create a supportive and safe environment to discuss mental health issues in a nonjudgmental and supportive manner. I work with individuals who seek support for symptoms of anxiety, depression, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), along with difficult life transitions.  I would like to be your guide in your journey to self-improvement through learning your story and providing skills and techniques to help you feel like your best self.

My therapeutic style combines CBT, DBT, and mindfulness practices to empower you through healthy behavior changes and skills to manage any mental health issues that arise. I want to provide a space to process and talk about problems, while also providing you with skills to ensure that you feel confident and comfortable in managing difficult emotions and life circumstances.  I take a collaborative approach in sessions and will make sure that each session will focus on your needs. Therapy is an opportunity to heal and to find peace, and I’m so fortunate to be able to help in your life journey.

I am currently pursuing a master's of arts in counseling at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology

Who I Work With:

I work with children, adolescents, and adults to address issues related to depression, anxiety, OCD, and self-esteem. Together, we will create meaningful changes that empower you to live the lifestyle that you deserve.
